At Crea Tu Magia Academy, our products are created with intention, care, and respect for energetic and spiritual practices. Many of our items are handcrafted, energetically prepared, or personalized, and we also offer digital content.

For this reason, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds on any products once an order has been placed and processed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Energetically intentioned or spiritual products

  • Handmade or artisanal items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Crystals, oils, sprays, salts, honey blends, rapé, and spiritual tools

  • Books, oracle decks, and physical media

  • Digital products such as courses, workshops, PDFs, and recordings

Due to the nature of these products, refunds or exchanges are not possible.

Personalized Products

Some of our products are prepared or energetically customized specifically for the customer. Personalized items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue
